My good friend, Reni, and I had the most serendipitous experience last night at Renzo's. We happened upon this charming restaurant as we looked for parking for another eating establishment. We were greeted warmly by Renzo and told him we were in a hurry to make it to Flat Rock Playhouse for an 8 PM show. He seated us right away, and he and his staff were kind and super-efficient! We each had Renzo's signature salad with his wonderful bread and a glass of red wine. It was PERFECT. We'll be sure to return!

After an afternoon of shopping & a movie, my daughter & I decided we were in the mood for pasta. Well, we found a little piece of Europe on Main St. Hendersonville! Oh, the memories it brought back of my travels. The scallop/linguine special melted in my mouth and my usually picky daughter ate every bite of the lasagna.
