I was moving into Birmingham and Michael Wilson helped me so much! He drove me around to see the properties so that I could see and make my choice. He was a great!
I really enjoyed my experience with Rent Monster. My agent; Melissa, went above and beyond to find the perfect apartment for me. She was patient with my needs and my hectic schedule. She even race to have my application processed so that I would get the last apartment available in my particular building. It was truly a great experience.
I was relocating from Greenville, SC and could not make it to look at apartments in person, so Michael took me on several FaceTime tours of properties that fit my needs. After the unit had been secured for me, he even went back to help me measure the space for my washer and dryer unit so I could order them ahead of time. He was always highly responsive to my texts, emails and calls and also found me a unit that had not yet been listed. Would recommend to anyone.
Apartment hunting, especially in tight time frame like I had, can be frustrating due of the lack of response, but Jessi at Rent Monster was different. She was quick to reply initially and continued to be responsive throughout the whole process. Jessi with Rentmonster was very helpful in finding me a place to live. She showed me several units on short notice and responded almost immediately to my text messages. I felt like I was working with someone that could be trusted.
One of your agents (I believe her name was Stephanie, not sure) spotted me taking photos of a for rent sign and pretended to be the agent representing the house. She took my number and said she would call me. It felt sketchy, so I called the number on the sign, belonging to the owner of the house who told me she is the only one who represents it and has never had anyone else show it. Yall playing dirty, huh?
