Review for Property Manager Sean Rowland / Rentfix I trusted Sean Rowland with my furnished rental property, and it turned into one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. Our experience with RentFix was disappointing from start to finish. Over the course of a year, we rarely received accurate or timely accounting. Payments were inconsistent, and we were constantly left chasing down what we were owed. When we chose to terminate the agreement due to these ongoing issues, the situation only got worse — Sean, the owner, stopped all payments and has since gone silent, despite still owing us money. We were with RentFix for a year, and it was a constant struggle. From the start, Sean (the owner) failed to provide consistent monthly accounting, and payments were always late, when they arrived at all. After deciding to end our contract due to these ongoing issues, Sean stopped all payments entirely and still owes us money. He has since become completely unresponsive.
