TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE! – As you walk in they make you fill out an application, like if you were applying to get a job. The ladies that work there treat you with such attitude that makes you feel very unconfortable.They offered me a studio for 1000 a month and because I did not want to pay such quantity the other listings that SARA POSTED ON CRAIGSLIST WERE NOT REAL. GO TO RENTERS PARADISE FOR FIRST CLASS SERVICE – FIVE STAR REALTY I have only been in the United States for about two months. I came to Renters Paradise to find a living place and they were patient,courtious,professional and helpful. I was shown several places until I found what I was looking for. I was at other realty offices that would not help me because I did not have a social security card and my budget was not enough. I highly recommend Renters Paradise if you want to find a place fast and cheap. They were great.

ZERO STARS – They were very happy to take my $$ and become my landlord, Yet,when my appliances start breaking down,(2 stoves in 2 weeks) The broker,SARI, turns into a complete C@*T!!! Upon further inspection after moving in to my apt, I found the place to be filthy and overrun by COCKERROACHES. You would think that SARI, the owner and main broker at renters P, would give a rattts arss!!, especially since she owns this property. yeah right. avoid renters paradise there attuide is horrible – first of all there attitude there is horrible especially for the man Francois and that Chinese lady that control all the money it's just bunch of sorry people in a office waiting for someone to walk in and if something need fixing they will not fix it i thought maybe they might just be having a bad day but these people have a bad day every day i really hope they go out of business

Avoid them especially Gigi – When we were finished with our conversation about allowing my cat, fish, and snake.... she said "No Worries". I thought that was great. No pet deposit at all!!! Great. When I told Gigi I can look at apartments Tuesday September 9, 2008 she asked me if I had money for a deposit. Who in their right mind would put $200 down just to look at a place. She told me to call her back next week when I had the money. I called her back five minutes later and told her I can come up with the money by tomorrow. ... read more

Don't Rent from these people. . it's not Paradise, It's HELL – Horrible attitudes, the properties they manage are run down, and covered up. So that you think it's better than it is until you move in and then all hell breaks lose. Then when you contact them, they are rude and sarcastic and wait exactly 7 days to do repairs and the repairs are so crappy that it wasn't worth the $50 they paid the "random" handyman to do it. Avoid them at all costs.

Actually it deserves zero stars – They ask for an insane amount of money for deposit, I have good credit and they asked for 1 1/2 months deposit. Last place only needed 1 month. The apartment that THEY manage are dirty! Termites broken outlets POOR Maintenance. I moved out in less than a month because someone had burgluraized my apartment and the manager still did not give me back my deposit because of the broken glass which was caused by the burgalry! Great Rental Company!! They found my place in my budget, and their service is free! – These people are knowledgeable and have tons of inventory. I called for one bedroom in the area for $800, this Agent Nick took me in his car and show me 7 properties in the area and help me with application. I moved in to the place without headache. Great people!!
