Beware of Renters Paradise Realty they are a bait and switch advertising real estate rental office. They advertise apartments that they say are available but when I walk in there door they told me it got rented I had my brother call later that day and he was told that it was available and to come into see it. Stay away from that place. They treat you really nice to get the sale and after you sign you are rip off. Not even within the first hour after I signed, I called to cancel the contract and they gave me the run around and told me to come back to their office a couple of days later to see if it could be cancelled. When I arrived there they didnt give my whole money back just less than half of it. Can you believe they took $600.00 for 45 minutes after signing the contract and I didnt get the apartment. I decided to go with Mike for the purchase of my first home. He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Mike never pressured me into anything and was content to keep showing me houses until I found what I wanted. At the same time, if he thought a house was a good deal, he let me know. He is also quite knowledgeable and knows the city well. I would definitely recommend using Mike from Renters Paradise as your Realtor.

Don't walk. RUN. RUN for your life. Any good reviews are fake. Lived there and regretted it. Worst management ever! Do yourself a favor and go with anyone! else. Research Sari Jacob and Renter's Paradise. Wish I would have had time to do that before falling for the location.
