What a great place The office staff is terrific (Mike, Sari and crew). They have convenient and effective communication processes in place, and really make you feel welcome. The unit looked like new when I moved in. What a great feeling. I recommend Paradise Realty!
Renters Scam Don't do business with them. Rude and unhelpful specially Fred and the owner Francis. They are trying to keep my deposit for a apartment the couldn't deliver by the lease day. Two weeks after the date apartment still not ready and they refuse to return the deposit with the owner physically pushing me out of the office. It seems like they only care about the deposit. If you had similar experience, complain to Florida Real Estate Commission and take them to small claims court. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Bad Place Really disappointed with service received over the weekend. Found a place that was disgusting and with a list of repairs. i were told everything on the list provided would be fixed and the unit was being cleaned. The Unit looked to have good bones so with a bit of care everything is fixable. we asked all the normal questions about noise, pest and so on and was told the apartment had solid walls with no noise and never had roaches. Renters Worst Nightmare (DBA) Renters Paradise. Don't deal with these cons. Ripping off is their MO, in any which way they can mastermind. Charging home-owners for repairs never made, etc. Filing an eviction days after a tenant actually paid rent, claiming a misunderstanding, only to find out that after the due date for a tenant to defend their case, that it wasn't retracted, leaving a tenant on the street, an eviction against their name, as well as then keeping their deposit.
