janet v These people are horrible. The agent was actually very nice and I thought things went off without a hitch until I was served with foreclosure papers. I called them, since I used to be a Fl. licensed realtor and I know that it is illegal among other things, i.e. 10k jewelry was stolen the first weekend .I didn't bother telling the agent, he couldn't have known. AVOID RENTAL AGENCIES ..SPECIFICALLY THIS ONE!!!!! Having been seriously violated going in and out (at the end of the rental contract), It will behoove any one else to avoid this agency like the plague. Vermin is the word that comes to mind. THERE ARE TONS OF HOMES FOR RENT BY OWNERS. WHY BOTHER WITH AN AGENCY???????? You will be able to negotiate with them for better terms and they will be more flexible too. What a great place The office staff is terrific (Mike, Sari and crew). They have convenient and effective communication processes in place, and really make you feel welcome. The unit looked like new when I moved in. What a great feeling. I recommend Paradise Realty!

Not time consuming, great place to rent from I went to this place, and within minutes I was out for a properties. I dealt with a woman name GiGi. She was totally awesome. My wife is a very picky person with it comes to places to live, but GiGi knew actually what we were looking for. She was awesome and the company was also awesome. This place rocks!!!!!
