AVOID RENTAL AGENCIES ..SPECIFICALLY THIS ONE!!!!! Having been seriously violated going in and out (at the end of the rental contract), It will behoove any one else to avoid this agency like the plague. Vermin is the word that comes to mind. THERE ARE TONS OF HOMES FOR RENT BY OWNERS. WHY BOTHER WITH AN AGENCY???????? You will be able to negotiate with them for better terms and they will be more flexible too. THEY ARE THIEFS THEY ARE THIEFS... heed the warning signs, they will steal from your wallet.. they are the worst, lie to get you in their but then treat you like trash. stay away.. all of their posting online are fake, they just use those pic to get you there. they should be put out of business... smh. they actually stole money from me. never seen anything like this place.
tenant01 I was very pleased with their service. They found me a great apartment at a great price. They showed me different options for affordable prices. They did not try to increase my budget and I ended up renting a studio within walking distance to my school.
Excellent service. I moved down from New York and had an appointment with Renter's Paradise with one of their agents. I arrived there and was promptly greeted and was out the door to see properties within minutes of arriving. The agent showed me four properties and I went back to the complex and got approved the next day. I moved in 2 days after and was very satisfied with the level of service I received from them. I highly recommend their FREE services.
Rental agent lied The Chinese lady promise to show me 4-5 places on the phone. but she only showed me one place and took her 30 minutes to fine the apartment. it was so dirty but she wanted me to fill up an application with &$75 fee too. I asked her what about other places? she said, that is. she have to go back to her office if I don't want it. ???? she was nice in the way but seems to me she is in hurry or she doesn't know the property. Horrible Whoever said that these people are great , well must be paid to do so, because they are everything but that. I got robbed I believe it was an inside job and when I cancelled my lease because I no longer felt safe they took more money from me! Unethical Unprofessional and plain RUDE.
The very worst rental agencyl in the nation These people are the worst. Very rude and disrespectful. They call you names and never try to understand anything. I would never, ever in my life refer anybody no matter how much I hate you to them. I hope they go out of business very soon... The miami beach office is the very worst. They all should be put out work and be put in a school so that they learn some good manners....
Everyone friggin RELAX These reviews are hilarious. I worked at Renters for years back in the day. They do SOO much volume ... we are talking about placing over a THOUSAND people in a year into apartments .... and so a few yo-yos complain about their service? LOLOLOLOL .... thats hilarious. Numbers dont lie friends .... VOLUME counts for everything .... go on Verizon Wireless' complain column (the BIGGEST customer based company in the nation) and you will find complaints about a mile long .... does THAT mean anything ???????... read more
RETRACTION of Praise I recently recommended Renters Paradise, Now I'd like to remove that recommendation. I will not allow an abusive group of liars to represent my property. They lied to me and to my tenant. They proceeded with abusing my tenant, contrary to my specific instructions. And when I complained they Yelled at me and told me That I was ignorant and they knew better. They seem to delight in torturing vulnerable people. I will never employ THEM again to represent me. They smile...then, attack.
