Renters Scam Don't do business with them. Rude and unhelpful specially Fred and the owner Francis. They are trying to keep my deposit for a apartment the couldn't deliver by the lease day. Two weeks after the date apartment still not ready and they refuse to return the deposit with the owner physically pushing me out of the office. It seems like they only care about the deposit. If you had similar experience, complain to Florida Real Estate Commission and take them to small claims court. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

I am very happy with the building, location, price, and the landlord â Sari. For the past 6 years, I only have 2 problems _ A/C and my stove. President I have never had such a bad experience. The realtors lied every step of the way. I was renting an apartment for my daughter who is in school. They knew she did not have a place to live. It took several trips to Florida to remedy the situation and many tears. The owner, Francis Jacob, called me a scum bag when I wanted my money back. Then he said "who raised You!" I recommend it! I just moved into North Miami and my experience so far has been great! I had a very easy move-in, the younger lady Mariya in the office was very helpful and friendly and got everything taken care of very quickly.
The very worst rental agencyl in the nation These people are the worst. Very rude and disrespectful. They call you names and never try to understand anything. I would never, ever in my life refer anybody no matter how much I hate you to them. I hope they go out of business very soon... The miami beach office is the very worst. They all should be put out work and be put in a school so that they learn some good manners....
Everyone friggin RELAX These reviews are hilarious. I worked at Renters for years back in the day. They do SOO much volume ... we are talking about placing over a THOUSAND people in a year into apartments .... and so a few yo-yos complain about their service? LOLOLOLOL .... thats hilarious. Renters Worst Nightmare (DBA) Renters Paradise. Don't deal with these cons. Ripping off is their MO, in any which way they can mastermind. Charging home-owners for repairs never made, etc. Filing an eviction days after a tenant actually paid rent, claiming a misunderstanding, only to find out that after the due date for a tenant to defend their case, that it wasn't retracted, leaving a tenant on the street, an eviction against their name, as well as then keeping their deposit. francis Jacob must be reported Francis Jacob should be reported to FREC. Not only is a dishonest licensed agent but he is the board of director for Devon north condo and another bldg. He has the first right of refusal as board of director which application are denied by him and gets in contract and cannot close due to financing issues or no funds, he purposely prolonged the process until he can get private financing. He is rude and unprofessional. I will report him to FREC and the HOA boArd.
