Better customer service. Fran was rude when told about an issue. Locks not changed. Only one key was given. Was told if we wanted a key to front door we could go get one made are self. Large pile of trash left in back yard. Grass not cut before we moved in. With in a week the mantel fell off wall. Was told there was washer and dryer hook up. No power source for dryer. Slum lord. Don't rent from these people.
Lived for 4 months in a house where water was completely unusable. Sewage coming up in the back yard, in my tub, in the kitchen sink, and my laundry room flooded. Now they are trying to get $900 from us? If anything we should be reimbursed for the 4 months we lived there when we couldn't cook, shower, or wash clothes. We also didn't receive mail there for a year because they refused to fix our mailbox. As soon as we move out the mailbox gets fixed.
