I presently rent from them. They don't pay for anything. It all falls on the tenant. You are responsible for lawn care, gutter cleaning and pest control yrt they claim on their website they are a full maintenance serving company who dont want to burden their tenants with the hassle of maintenance. They dont even do regular routine maintenance. ****** the office manager can care less about the tenant's. She's all about a check. When my lease is up I'm gone. I applied for a property before viewing which was idiotic. I walked the property with a very professional maintenance man who had a punch list and pointed out numerous items to be fixed The person that works in the office was rude to me on several occasions. She acted shocked when I mentioned items to be repaired. I told her if she did not want to put in writing that all repairs would be fixed that I would view again before signing a lease. She responded it would be better if I waited to view again post repairs and added "Bu... read more

I am a previous tenant that has become a fan of this company. I experienced issues with getting things repaired but they turned those issues around for me. This company will work with you if you have issues and they will make things right for their tenants. I would rent from them again if needed. I recommend them they are a great company!
