I was a tenant of Rent Ames from August of 2021 through July of 2023. Rent Ames did a fantastic job taking care of my needs. In addition to a spotless, fully-functioning apartment upon my arrival, the team responded in a timely manner to any questions I had. Maintenance was consistent and notice of any maintenance appointment was received well in advance. I have never rented from anyone so misleading. Nate was very rude and disrespectful when I asked him questions about what was previously stated to me about the deposite fee. I had a cat so I had to pay an animal deposit fee for $200 plus an additional amount per month. They promised that I would receive my animal fee separately from the original deposit but instead they used the fee to pay for cleaning charges at the end of the lease.
