I went to the Super Sandy in Portsmouth Ohio. I received financing and mentioned that I was trying to build my credit. I told her I'd probably pay it off in a few weeks, she said it would only report it if I let it get paid off in the 3 month time frame. So I let it go the 3 months. Today I was t told it was considered a rental because I did this and I still owe the $400 plus I had additionally purchased it for. Now have to wait for a manager to call me back. Very upset.

This place is ridiculous I called and make my payments and the still tried to take it out of my account. And because it came back insufficient funds they added some late fees to my account. And they added a extra 100 dollars and told me I have to pay this for there services. This was not told in the beginning. I will pay what I owe and nothing else.

I call preferred lease and I tell them my name and they hang up Every Single Time...I am trying to resolve an issue with them and they Just Hang Up...They are real garbage as for what they think they know how todo...I have read their reviews and they need to be taken out of business immediately

I have used this financial institution to help me accomplish a couch set back in December/19. I had been paying on time but when Covid 19 struck I began communicating with them to avoid interest and fees. Although I have contacted throughout my difficult time, and been told by several representatives that I would not been charged the deferral interest fees non of what I was told was true. I keep getting nasty disrespectful messages from the store manager located at XXXXX Rosecrans Ave Ste *, Norwalk, CA XXXXX. His name is Angel! He harass me by calling me names, I have his personal phone number, he leaves nasty messages. This guy is extremely rude and disrespectful! I've never experienced this type of disrespect in my life! I've called corporate multiple times, no one has called me back. It's getting to where this is becoming a personal problem! Please someone help me please!!

Working with Acceptance Now has been the worst experience. Im sure that they have been committing some form of fraud. They had me agree to one price but has been charging me extra on the back end. Everything I try to call to speak with someone...Nothing. Still waiting for someone to give me a call back. I'm done trying, I'll have someone else investigate this.
