nice employees – Hotel employees were so nice. It might be a little too noisy as the hotel is located in the city center.

Quaint but a little dated. Service and staff were very friendly and helpful. A for customer service.
Very surprised how good it was! – Thank you so much!!! We could spend an enjoyable time here. One of the front desk staff said " Good morning " in Japanese. I was very surprised, very good!
Clean rooms and friendly staff – This is where the Renoir Hotel shines. I had reason to call the hotel several times before our trip and everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. I verified that the Moscone Convention Center was walking distance (3 blocks) and that public transportation was nearby (five feet from door or across the street if going the other way). nice hotel visit – I recommend for family with kids, couples, single, honeymoon, girls, mature adults. good employees, nearby good dining places, shopping. My husband and I found the hotel while we were walking SF downtown. We liked the building and the lobby with gorgeous carpets and fine arts. Looked historical, French hotel as the name showed. We wished to stay there. Location is good, close to Union Sq and cable car. We guessed the area would be a little too noisy for us with heavy traffic and maybe unsafe in the night. ... read more
If you need to be in San Francisco, enjoy public transportation and the hubbub of a big city, don’t need conference rooms or room service, Renoir is a great hotel.
no complaints – Stayed there for 3 nights by myself. The building resembles a smal European hotel, as well as the windows and interiors. Room was ok as it was cheap. I have no complaint about the location, close to concert halls, Union Square, etc.
