The staff here is wonderful – Keith, Mercedes, and Ricardo are great! Very helpful and very friendly.
Thanks Again! – We had a wonderful time in "The City"! Coming back to the Renoir hotel each night after sightseeing, eating, shopping, and enjoying ourselves, made each day complete. What a wonderful hotel. The service, the clean room and the location was wonderful for us.
Kuddos to Mercedes at Renoir Hotel – I would like to thank Mercedes for accomodating our needs, which i originally requested. I work with a travel agent in London and specifically requested one bed for my Fiancee and I. At the front desk when we checked in, Mercedes fully satisfied all of my needs.
