Thought I had posted a review. Must not have. Had 5 windows replaced today. Your associates (Jeff & Oleg) Not sure if last young man's name spelled right. So please forgive me if not correct in spelling. The two men did a great job. Windows look great, no, after mess left. Jeff demonstrated operation on new windows, etc. .
I found the whole process of dealing with Renewal by Andersen to be totally smooth, probably flawless starting with sales, the professional window measurer, and the grand finale, the installation of eight windows was perfect. Vlad and his crew did a wonderful job with the installation of our new living room picture window! They were professional from the beginning, making sure to keep our household clean throughout the process. Afterwards, he made sure that we were happy with the finished product and instructed us on how to operate the turn-in mechanisms for cleaning the outside portion of the windows. We are so happy that we would only look to have Renewal windows installed for any future replacements in our home.
Dmytro and his team did an excellent job with the installation. They were very professional and always on time. This is the first time I could say I was 100% satisfied with a job from beginning to the end.
