We had a 4 panel bay window installed in our living room this past summer. The team was punctual and got the job done quickly. They were very friendly and cleaned up the area after instillation. 6 months later one window panel had a crack and a guy name Chris M. came out today and fixed and cleaned the window within minutes! We are pleased with the customer service and love our window.
Jason and Justin installed our windows yesterday and today and we could not be more happy!! They were so professional and friendly and most important, installed our windows flawlessly. Brad, who was our sales representative, was with us through the whole process and was extremely knowledgeable about every little detail you can imagine. I have 3 story Victorian where custom windows were replaced on 3rd fl. Was concerned with replacement being exactly as original windows because that was my desire.I received just what I wanted and am totally delighted with work performed. Installer Dmytro Dmitriy did wonderful job. Showed me how windows operated upon completion. Very professional in every aspect as well as entire Andersen team from start to finish.
