the crew was great....when they were done you didn't even know they were here...they were polite and knew what they were doing....answered my questions and showed the features of the new windows....I didn't even have to clean the new windows. I would say Andre and his crew were the best!!
The team was very professional, worked quickly and, importantly, cleaned up when the job was done.
The whole experience was great Mike's crew showed up on time and they were very knowledgeable and thorough any questions we had were answered the crew did a professional job and our windows give our home a new look! I contracted with Renewal by Andersen to replace a number of windows in my home. They gave me an estimate for $7,000+ and I gave them a deposit for over $3,000. My intention was to finance the balance through Andersen. They took the application and five days later told me the financing was denied. I'm not sure why since my credit is good and all my bills are up to date. Then they told me they would not refund the deposit because of their three day rule. Had all my windows replaced and I'm totally impressed with the quality and workmanship. The installing team of W & R (Paul and Mike) were amazing, professional and did a fantastic job of not only installing but of cleaning up when finished. I will defnitely recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone thinking of replacing their windows/doors.
