Tony just came back to finish the windows I began in January of 2015. Started with the bay window and the two front bedroom windows. Today he finished the six remaining upstairs windows. The installation went off without a hitch, six windows in six hours, and his workmanship is spectacular. Very satisfied with the quality and construction material of the windows. Would highly recommend these windows if you plan on staying in your home for any length of time, and want to reduce your energy costs.
Everything went well from my first phone call all the way through the installation. My first contact was with Bruce, my salseman who was great. He came out to go over options and price the job. Next someone came out to measure and order my sliding door. Our job was then scheduled and The day before I recieved a call confirming the appointment. That morning I recieved a phone call stating they would be on their way shortly. I would like to thank Chuck and Zach who did a great job on the installation which went very smooth.
Great experience, from sales to the installation team. Very professional and friendly, willing to answer all of our questions. The installers went above and beyond, not only did they clean up after themselves, but they actually fixed trimwork around two windows (it was installed incorrectly years prior by someone else). Met with Steve after setting up the appointment at the Philly Home Show. I was leaning towards Renewal because of the Andersen name also my sister-in-law had windows installed by Renewal and they look great. After seeing the quality of the window I decided to have 5 of my upstairs windows replaced. David then came out to remeasure for accuracy and finalize details. Excellent job! On time, neat, efficient and Windows look great.
Our installers have come to our home for 4 different window installation times. They do PERFECT work. They show up on time and get right to work. They are very quiet while working, picking up their trash along the way. The floors are protected and cleaned up, too. Not only are the windows installed properly, the men are meticulous when caulking inside and out. They are fast, too. . . No dilly-dallying around, wasting time.
