I rec'd the other day a letter from Andersen of Greater Philadelphia about my casement windows ( Bow Window- 4 individual windows) informing me that they would like to inspect my windows to check if they were affected and to make sure if they were out of spec they would order four new casement windows. They were installed today by Jonathan and he did a beautiful job. Anne

I got my windows and patio door installed today by renewal Anderson, the two gentlemen that came to install was very professional, knowledgeable about the product and the install, very friendly and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. Their names are Jason and Justin. The work was done is a reasonable time and with proficiency.
