Crew leader, Jim gave us a courtesy call about 20-minutes before he arrived. He and his team were very professional and pleasant to talk with. Jim explained in great detail how to operate the new windows and stressed the one thing that most customers forget about the upper sash after it is tilled. GREAT JOB!
Our salesman Dave came out and gave a very complete view of a new window, the materials it is made of and what to expect if we decided to purchase their product. He answered all questions while not pushing us to commit to buying a new window. We had no intention signing a contract that night but in the end we decided to do it. The quality of the product in comparison to other manufactures is incredible. Small details makes a difference and worth the money. Installation is a key too. Two thumbs up!
Amazing customer service across the board. They did a phenomenal job of communicating the next steps and keeping us informed. Mike and Jeffrey did an awesome job of installing 13 windows in three days.
We recently had 5 living room picture windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen of Alaska. The entire process was smooth and seamless beginning with Amanda H and the installation by Ivan and Gabe. Everyone was professional and kept us apprised of every step through out the entire process. Worse window I've ever had. People who came out lied to me about everything!!! I hear all outside noises.Also were SUPPOSED to be 99 percent spot free. What a joke. JOKES on me. Theresa M. If you want just put a review in & I may let you see for yourself!!!!! I wasted 10thousand $ for nothing.

Renewal by Anderson installed 11 windows in our home in Jan 2018. Everyone from the salesperson (Amanda) to the installers (Ivan, Gabe and Wayne) were exceptionally polite and professional and did excellent work. The windows were a little pricey but are a very high quality product and include a very professional installation. I will definately be hiring them again if we get the rest of our windows redone.
Brian from Renewal By Anderson was really great to work with in analyzing our needs, providing a wealth of information on his products and giving us the flexibility to prioritize how to proceed with our project.
