Our installation team was simply superb. These same windows had been replaced 4 years ago with windows from Clear Choice. Approximately 30% of the windows literally came apart with fogging in them. They caused major damage to surrounding brick during installation. This experience was TOTALLY different with Andersen. I want to thank Rob, Jordan, Mike, Paul, Jeff and Spencer. This two crew team did an awesome job at replacing 8 windows, a back door and giving me beautiful bay windows. These poor guys had to work the coldest week of January and still had a great attitude and did a wonderful job. I would recommend Renewal By Andersen, they are friendly, professional and great to work with. Carmel - Wasilla, Alaska.
This an edited review. I somehow gave 5 stars for selection and service, but only 1 star for the overall experience. It was definitely a 5 star job all the way around. The windows and door look great, no complaints at all.
We just had 14 windows replaced by Paul, Spencer and Robert. Paul was very informative and explained in detail the installation process and what to expect. Spencer cut most of the wood work and kept us updated through the entire process. He also left the spare wood neatly stacked in our garage. All three did an outstanding job and we were very please with their professionalism. I will recommend Renewal by Anderson just based off of the customer service I received from this team.
So....this is an updated review. I had originally given one star, hoping to call someone's attiention to my dissatisfaction as I hadn't really gotten anywhere via repeated phone calls. Here was the gist of my original complaint: one of the installers wasn't very professional, some damage was done to one of the screens, and the trim was poor quality. Matt and Justin did a great job with a difficult installation. Stairs and second story were no problem for them.
Bob and Jeff installed my windows. Did a beautiful job! They were very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. They didn't leave a mess in my home or driveway (I've had other contractors do that). I highly recommend this team and this business. I love my new windows!
The people at Andersen kept in telephone contact every step in the order, delivery, and installation process. The installation, done by James and Bill, was top quality and totally professional.
