We just had 10 windows replaced by Randy, Ivan and Rob. They were spot on with the schedule they set each day and very patient while working around our pets. The craftsmanship is such high quality, we are so pleased with our new windows! No complaints whatsoever...Thank you!
Just had 3 windows installed by Bob and Rob last 2 days and we are happy with it all. Bob(lead) is very experienced at what he is doing and very willing to answer any questions that arise. These guys are professional, clean, and efficient. We love our windows and are thankful for the workers we were given.

Bob and Rob just finished replacing my living room windows. They were amazingly competent and careful workers and also cleaned up before they left, even though they were very neat in the replacement process. I am a wood worker, so have some knowledge of their task and saw immediately how capable they both are. Also, my driveway was steep and icy at the time of installation. This is my 2nd go with Renewal by Andersen. Nothing but Top Marks for the Company and the Crew they sent to our home. My first install was 8 windows which went incredibly smoothly and professional. Bob and Rob phoned to advise they were on the way for a window installation. They arrived promptly, went over paperwork, listened to my concerns, and within three hours did an outstanding job of removing the old and installing a new window in one of our rooms. They went the extra and caulked another window that had settled. They took their time and work was quality. Thank you.
