This an edited review. I somehow gave 5 stars for selection and service, but only 1 star for the overall experience. It was definitely a 5 star job all the way around. The windows and door look great, no complaints at all.

We just had 14 windows replaced by Paul, Spencer and Robert. Paul was very informative and explained in detail the installation process and what to expect. Spencer cut most of the wood work and kept us updated through the entire process. He also left the spare wood neatly stacked in our garage. All three did an outstanding job and we were very please with their professionalism. I will recommend Renewal by Anderson just based off of the customer service I received from this team.

So....this is an updated review. I had originally given one star, hoping to call someone's attiention to my dissatisfaction as I hadn't really gotten anywhere via repeated phone calls. Here was the gist of my original complaint: one of the installers wasn't very professional, some damage was done to one of the screens, and the trim was poor quality. Bob and Jeff installed my windows. Did a beautiful job! They were very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. They didn't leave a mess in my home or driveway (I've had other contractors do that). I highly recommend this team and this business. I love my new windows!

The installers (Ivon, Matt, Robb, and Jorden) worked efficiently and professionally. Each morning protection for my home was placed in all the locations, and each evening was removed along with all construction debris. The change in life safety code necessitated enlarging all bedroom windows. Because of the enlargement of bedroom windows, two of the windows had electrical wiring in the area of enlargement. Grant and Spencer installed 5 andersen windows in our home and did an excellent job. They were professional, respectful and courteous. We are happy with their work and enjoyed having them in our home. All was scheduled and implemented in a very timely manner and as promised.
