Customer service is rude and don’t return calls after installation. The windows won’t function properly. The installer stole a sheet of plywood we were using to cover the hole that was left from installation.

Windows look like they should be in a trailer home... the SalesLady lied to us and said the outside would look “just the same.” They tore up the outside window frames so bad they had to cover the wood framing with aluminum capping . When I complained they all just ignored me... what a scam...

We recently had our window replaced by Anderson and it was by far the worst experience we’ve had. We were sold a window and on the day of the installation they installed it wrong and damaged our precious frame. The window has been so foggy and we’ve never been able to get anyone from the sales or service team to give us a call back. Including the sales manager Kristen and Alex. I’ve left several message and even called the customer service and no response. This company is not to be trusted.

The sales associate Jon was very thorough and answered all my questions. He was extremely helpful and very courteous. Chad who came to measure the windows was also very courteous and went over all the details and answered my questions. Their product is so much better than the windows I have now. Looking forward to the installation. Highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.
