We had initially scheduled several companies to come out and and give us estimates for replacement windows for our condo, but after hearing the presentation from Rick from Renewal by Andersen we cancelled the other appointments. We were confident that Andersen windows are the best on the market. Rick's description of the patented fibrex material as well as his description of the company and his samples and demos were extremely convincing. The sales person was very thorough explaining his product to me. I felt no pressure about my decision. On the day of installation, the men were here on time and proceeded to write to work. Did one window at a time with no problems. Before they left they took me around and demonstrated how the windows work and how To prepare them for cleaning. Overall I am very happy with the whole experience

I had done some research and checked with others who had Renewal by Anderson windows installed and wanted them to replace all the builder grade windows when our house was built 30 yers ago. Our sales rep Pam quickly responded to our call and made an expert presentation on the options available and the quality and mechanics of their products. The installers were very timely, efficient, respectful, and when they left you would have never known they were there. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, and the windows look great. They achieved exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn’t be happier!

Matt was very good. He did a few adjustments to the door that were missed earlier. The door fits Correctly now. He does have to come back because the replacement part has to be ordered. Matt was professional and courteous and a good representative for the company.

First, let me say their sales process is impeccable. They don't miss a detail when it comes to followup, presentation, signing contracts and taking your money. BUT when it comes time to completing the job all sorts of things slip through the cracks. They didn't come prepared for our job, taking some materials from a contracting crew that were on site at the same time.
