Just had our consultation with Scott. We just scheduled our windows to be replaced . Had an awesome experience with no pressure to purchase. I was pleased with the quality of the sliding door put into my home several years ago. I have just signed a contract to have Anderson Windows comes to put in the remaining windows of my home. Less than a year ago I decided to try NuSash windows for the two most important Front windows of my home. Mistake! Poor warranty, window quality and bad customer service. In general we are **very please with the 12 replacement windows** we had installed at our home. The only issue we had was that one of the windows installed was not set completely square and thus had an issue with leaking air an making noise when it became windy outside. I understand that things like this can happen but my biggest complaint is that when I called to inform Anderson of the issue it took ~30 days to have someone come out to evaluate the situation and then another ~30 days to have the window reset. Great install team and service. The service call ended up being operator error, but he was prompt, knowledgeable and generous with tips and tricks WITHOUT being arrogant and condescending. Very personable.

Jonathan was knowledgeable, polite, & precise in taking measurements for our new/replacement windows. He was patient in explaining what Anderson was able/unable to do and was a pleasure to work with. We don’t have our new windows, yet, but if they are as good as the Jonathan, we won’t be disappointed.
