Excellent service. This is the second window replacement at our home. The windows closely match the original 35 year old windowa. The synthetic composite material paints like wood, but doesn't weather like wood. Measurements done on time and the process went just as sales representative predicted.
Our appointment for measuring the windows went great. The rep was on time, clean and we'll groomed. He was thorough and explained everything as we went thru the process. We are looking forward to our installation date.
Windows are great. David was excellent in helping make our decision.
Love my new windows! They were quick and very efficient. The windows are the highest quality of all that I have seen. There is very little outside noise from the freeway or other outdoors sounds. They insulate very very well! I’m looking forwards to having them install patio doors in the future. I’m very very pleased.
Fraudulently kept my credit card on file for 7 months, then without my permission billed me an inaccurate amount. Given a run around by having me contact numerous phone contacts. No one could ever give me a strait answer and received no call backs. Only after I disputed the amount with the credit card company I received an email. Still lied and told my credit card company that they had done all the work. This was a total lie and I have proof that my contractor did most of the work. They look really nice inside and out. The sliding patio door is the bomb! It is sturdy but really easy to pull open. They cheapie we had before hurt my shoulder. The installers did a nice job and cleaned up good. I have Anderson on the front side of our home. Months before we had some other brand put on the back side of our home. They were cheaper, but the old windows were so bad. Only time will tell how they stand up to the Anderson Windows. Man, I love that slider!
The installers were professional, efficient & explained everything they were doing.
