Had work done in April and have been waiting for outside trim to be installed and other service on the sliding door that was installed since then. Have called many times and left messages to not have anyone return my call. So disappointing as the initial work was a positive experience....

I'm so upset with this company! we have a project that's been going on for months now. they've done subpar work and they were supposed to come tomorrow. now...at this late hour we get a call from Bobby Rook advising we now have to wait again. this company can not be more unprofessional. I would not recommend them. How can I get someone's attention? This has been a horrible experience.
