Got a facial for the first time in years... it was a wonderful experience. Relaxing and the technician explained everything as she was doing it. Very enjoyable and will be back!

Dr Rhode and the staff at Renew are wonderful caring people. He looked for and gave me answers to why I'm feeling sick, when other doctors just tried to push pills on me to treat the symptoms. I'm so greatful to call him my doctor. Highly recommended! !
Absolutely love Dr Rohde's Practice. He genuinely cares about treating the problem, not the symptoms . So Grateful to have been accepted as a patient
There was a little bit of a miscommunication at the beginning but everything was resolved. I really liked Dr. Rodie and I loved Kim and the medical assistant. Needless to say I will be going back and I would recommend.
Would be great if you could GET an appointment..went once. Then when I called for a follow up appt....called 3times..nothing available at the times i could go..no mention of tryin to work me in..noentiin if having the doctor call me to find me a spot....told them I would have to go somewhere else..because I couldnt seem to get an appointment..the response was.."Ok..thank you... :(

Because our Dr's are booking up at least two weeks in advance, it is possible one would need to plan ahead for their follow up appts. We do keep the noon hour blocked for staff to take their lunch. I believe a patient was requesting a Dr's appt with a dr that was not scheduled to see patients the day she was expecting to get an appt on short notice. Also a. request to see a dr on her 15 min lunch break was also denied. So sorry you were upset with our decision.
