Dr Rohde and the nursing staff are wonderful. However, office management is defensive and spiteful. I had a billing question about a charge that wasn’t explained to me properly. I was accused of lying and repeatedly asked if I wanted to switch practices. This is after we switched from Dr. Duran from Renew, who is the same as every other pill pushing physician that doesn’t listen to a word you say. Very disappointed. I can only give RAVE reviews and our experience certainly was exceptional!!!!!. Warm office staff on every level from front desk to the lab personnel. Dr Rohde is a gem and always explaining what he is doing and why he is doing what he does. If all offices were run as this one is, we would all be blessed!!
Mindy is amazing! I just had my eyebrows microbladed and she did a fantastic job. I highly recommend her to anyone that is considering getting microbladed! Eyebrows+Microblading by Mindy=HAPPY CUSTOMER!!
If you are considering microblading but not quite ready to pull the trigger because you are iffy or scared, DO it!!! Mindy is wonderful and I couldn't be happier with my brows. I debated myself and am so happy I went with my gut and just did it. Several friends have been to her since I've had mine done and everyone is beyond thrilled with their brows! Get on this girls schedule A.S.A.P.!!!!
I must comment and give immense well deserved kudos to Mindy Dalluge for her very high professionalism and her great technique and ability at what she has chosen to be her career. I must address the comments here not in her favor. I understand that you feel that you did not receive what you were requesting. Very professional staff that goes beyond excellence
I have visited Renew on several occasions and each time was a pleasant experience. My last visit was with Mindy for microblading and I am extremely satisfied with my results. The color and shape look very natural. I will be returning to see Mindy in the near future for more improvements. Thank you!
