I have been a patient of this office since the early 1980's. Dr. Wright, Dr. Knowles, and Dr. Owen. I have always been completely satisfied with all the doctors, and staff throughout the years. However, I was told the criteria to remain a patient was to have a x-Ray which circles the head. I was due for one and declined for several reasons. I requested them to send my records to a new dentist, since I was no longer welcome there. I was told that they have no records to send. Makes no sense to me

Dentists only request current x-rays...the x-ray you are referring to is a panoramic x-ray taken every 5 years as part of a full series of x-rays, with you declining a new one we did not have a current x-ray to send. If your new dentist would like records older than that (which would not be considered diagnostic per the American Dental Association), we would be happy to send those over. Great friendly staff! Looked 2 years for a new Dentist and finally found one!! Have had a great experience so far, highly recommended. High quality care and new technology for dental care.
This dentist and her staff are wonderful! They managed to get me in earlier for my first appointment, outlined all my treatment options, and are exceptional at what they do.
Our entire family just started going here and we love them! They were especially great with my 4 year old!

Excellent Dentist and staff! She's done 3 crowns and I can't even remember which teeth because they feel normal. They also do wonderful with my 80 yr. Old mother. Highly recommend her.
My husband, 3 sons, and I have been receiving care from Dr Owen since she took over the practice and couldn't be happier. All of our concerns and questions are diligently answered and followed up on. Her desire and knowledge for preventative care is extremely appreciated and the comfort that my young children feel when attending is unmatched. She surrounds herself with a very caring and kind team whom we enjoy seeing at each visit. We simply feel at home when entering this office!
