Be careful with their billing practices. They overcharge and are not transparent about costs. I was never told that a quick follow-up to discuss my annual physical results would be billed as a separate office visit. Expect hidden fees and zero communication regarding what is actually covered. Dr. Ye is a very personable, kind, and thorough physician. I only recently started coming to her as I was no longer able to see my pediatrician. The medical assistants here are also extremely thorough and skilled as I have been a hard stick patient for years, but regardless of who I get-- they always easily get blood on the first try. Dr. Ye is very attentive and clearly cares about his patients, which is much appreciated. However, the wait times are worrying. Even with a scheduled appointment, waiting over two hours is extremely difficult for sick or elderly patients who are already in pain or discomfort. I’m genuinely concerned that long waits like this could negatively impact patients’ health and well-being.
