Dr. Lam has been my PCP for almost 20 years and is also my mom’s doctor. She is very busy so wait times can be long but she doesn’t make you feel rushed in your appointment. She is friendly and has a calm demeanor. She always explains things thoroughly and in a way that is easy to understand.
Waits are kind of long… but staff and doctor is great.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lam for 20+ years. She is a exceptional doctor- exactly the kind every patient hopes to find. She is very thorough, patient and truly attentive to my concerns. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lam for most of my adult life and she has been an exemplary clinician. She is thorough and has an excellent bedside manner; she never seems rushed and is willing to answer your questions. She has been great at coordinating care when referring to other specialists. Further, she has been accommodating and adaptable in a few instances where I’ve needed telemedicine.
