I've stayed at several SPG hotels and have been very happy. However, my stay at this particular hotel was not pleasant. The live music was so loud we could hear it on the 12th floor. Our girls go to bed between 8-9pm. Still around 9:30 you could still hear the music booming loudly. Then, at 10pm very loud fireworks started going off. I will not ever stay here again. The noise was absolutely ridiculous!
If I had to give a reason why this hotel is trash it would be one word.. bedbugs �
WORST HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFE! I was there for work & I have never been treated so awful. Rude staff, rude managers, HORRIBLE SERVICE! There was not one but several incidents that occurred during my stay. Never again! One incident that occurred was an outrageous room service charge to my card so they went and had the manger Stephanie to come to speak to me and she claimed I ordered an alcoholic drink which I did NOT! Then has the nerve to say that she seen me with a alcoholic drink in my hand! So the lady that served me that d... read more
