Made a reservation through Expedia which they screwed up for the wrong night... when they couldn’t figure out what was going on they told me it was going to be over 200 dollars when I know dang well the rate for a state employee is 119.. I even told them that!!!! Total BS!!! I pay for this damn hotel out of every paycheck!!!!
Sat in line to be seated to eat for 20 mins behind another couple. They where offered a smaller table for two but didn’t want it. There was a line behind me as well now and I stated I’ll take it but I’m by myself. I was told it would be 1hr 40 mins before I could be seated. I understand I was by myself but the power company always has us rooms here for the convenience of having the restaurants at the motel. People behind me where seated right away.
Worst Experience ever! Large convention but only two front desk agents to check in and out guest! Customers waiting an hour or more for rooms. Poor customer service! Front Desk Employees laughing in customer faces!
Outstanding hotel for events & after a concert at the Amphitheater or Biscuit ball game. Love the outdoor fire pits & jazz/blues lounge as well.
It was dark and i did not have my glasses on when I paid my bill only later to find I had paid for items I had not received. When I called the restaurant manager to review the ticket, she didn't appear to be listening. Instead she argued with me and talked over me. I asked to speak with her manager and she just said she is recording the conversation. I advised that this might be a learning opportunity for her once she brings it to her management.
