We could have written a 1 star review of our stay—-but I am so happy to say that the amazing staff surpassed all expectations that we could have ever had, over came objections and lead us to a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you to all of the valet staff, John at the bar and especially Shawn at the front desk. He was so empathetic and considerate to our situation. We live only a few minutes away and we’re treating ourselves to a fun night out...and fully plan to return to do it all over again...minus a bus driver and angry... read more
The renovations are awesome!! Three cheers!! This hotel always had the best Renaissance service and staff. An now the inside an out inspires the discoverers in all of us to find everything amazing about our sister cities!! Very clean and extremely comfortable beds. Love the ambiance of the hotel. Was disappointed with no free continental breakfast.
