I got overcharged for wifi in the amount of $9.95 for a one night stay on 11/27/2020. The lady at the front desk told me they would only charge me $4.95 since that’s what they charge guests for a night. Wifi was horrible and it’s ridiculous that they even charge for it.

Business response:

Hi Jonathon, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are sorry to hear that you did not have a five star experience and for the inconvenience with your WiFi. Please give us a call if you have any further questions we would be happy to walk you through any charges.

i will NEVER recommend this hotel again to ANYONE after finding out that they hosted a tRUMP "pride" rally! ANY business that lacks sense enough to host that hot mess CRAZY right wing.... NEVERrrrrrr.... this isn't just a business trying to stay neutral at this point politically. That faction of this country are full of hatred and ugliness towards the people that I love best and myself as a brown American woman. Your integrity as a business was probably worth more than the rent they paid. that integrity is now gone though.

Wow, actively promoting hate, while also putting people and your staff at risk by hosting a Drumpf “pride” event during a pandemic. Keep it classy, Renaissance. 🙄 Do not give these guys your business.

it's a slap in the face to all of the queer and trans people in the twin cities to be hosting a political event for Trump at your hotel. his administration is actively fighting against the LGBTQ+ community. not to mention the fact that trump events are notorious for not following covid precautions and cases are already on the rise in our state. this is disgusting. but thanks for outing yourselves as a homophobic and transphobic establishment! now my queer nonbinary self and the rest of the gays around will know to avoid your... read more

I’m not a fan of any place that would host an event during a rapidly spiking global pandemic. No thank you.
