Our room was not ready as we had requested! The pool was too small and the drinks at the pool bar were very expensive. The bathroom was small, only one sink, and they only left enough complementary products for one person. The women at the front desk need to be able to speak fluent English, my husband couldn't understand the Asian lady that checked us out.
Stunning and fabulous. Service at yesterday's business event was very good as well. Very impressed and highly recommend.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Love the art and decor. The food is great as well.
Stayed here with family over the weekend Superb place !! Great location right there in the heart of Plano Liked the ambience it does have a nice pool and loved the food options and proximity to 121 SH . Cool light Features and nice size suites 👍

My family and I have stayed here for 43 nights due to work on our house and I have to say that they have the best service ever. The staff and crew are amazing! These are people I want to have as friends because they are so genuine and freaking awesome! I will miss all of you but we will be back. Thanks for everything! Xoxo �
