We had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful hotel for my company Christmas party. The check in was painless as well as the check out and the staff was polite and professional. The room was gorgeous, bed big and comfy. Loved the pillows very creative and gave a comfortable home feeling. The bathroom was luxurious, two sinks, with fabulous lighting and a huge walk-in shower. The hotel is beautiful and elegantly laid out. Thank you for your extraordinary customer service. Will recommend to out of town guests and clients.
Excellent customer service, especially by Lucas one of the valet’s. He and his crew were amazing in helping me unload my gear for a conference!
We spent our honeymoon weekend here and it was just amazing. The staff is so accommodating and truly made us feel special. Anything I needed they were more than happy to help with. We were upgraded to the executive suite which was spectacular. Walking around the shops and restaurants at night was so fun and the hot tub was a great way to end the day. We are already planning the next time we can stay here.
The hotel was absolutely fantastic, rooms were spotlessly cleaned, love the east vs west theme. Staff was extremely helpful, polite and everyone was always smiling which was a huge plus for me. I highly recommend this hotel.
