New management company is STELLAR. They are the worst yet.
Poor customer service, office staff rude, maintenance poor. I've been waiting a little under a year for a new thermostat since mine doesnt work properly! Hot water doesnt last but few minutes if your lucky, air blows through my outlets, and windows even when closed causing electric bill to be very high! I'm never late on my rent, and today the 6th, I go to pay it right when they open. They tell me I'm 4 cents short, even though I paid what was on my invoice.
