This is the best group I’ve ever been treated by. I’ve seen multiple doctors within the group over the years and they have all been fantastic. The staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful. Everyone I interacted with took genuine concern for my health. I highly recommend them.
Wanted to leave a review bc I saw all the bad reviews and did not have that experience. Dr. Bathia is excellent; you can tell she goes above and beyond the conventional treatment paradigms and stays up to date on the latest research to bring creative approaches to patients. Front desk was helpful as well and no scheduling issues. I saw her for IT Band pain (ultrasound guided injections) and would recommend her to any runners/athletes as well as others seeking an informed approach to pain.
Dr. Bathia did not send prescription to the pharmacy nor did she contact sequoia pain center. I had to call her office back to get both jobs done. She is another doctor that does not care about patients but is sure to get there billing from insurance. She gave seven days of steroid pain meds which did work but after seven days then what for back disc pain?
I'm leaving a review to warn people of Dr. Bathia and her staff's incompetence. I went in for a herniated disk in my back on Wednesday, March 26th and during that appointment, I informed Dr. Bathia that I was leaving for an international trip on April 26th. Dr. Bathia advised that I should have the epidural injection at least one week prior to my trip in one month, but assured me that the staff would be able to get me scheduled with another provider in that timeframe.
