Hands down the best vanilla iced latte I’ve ever had. It can be crowded at times but so worth it!
Wonderful setting, food is delicious, and reasonably priced. Also wonderful walking sites around so it's a nice evening out all around.

Really good coffee. Nice patio when its warmer. French toast thumbs up. Being from Texas Rancheros was ok.
Our favorite place for a delicious 🥮 & ☕️. Evenings on the patio are great year round but best in the 🍁 . Holiday decor 🎄❄️🎅 can be seen all around in the wintertime.
