I drove 0ver 150 miles to keep an appointment with Doug I was at the property Doug called me asked if he could stop by a little early..was told yes..we waited no one showed nor called nor emailed nor text...called office they did not know where he was..they provided his cell phone number ,I called no answer I left mesg. called back the office and left mesg..nobody from RE/MAX has returned my calls or email? how proffesional is this? BEWARE of the Doug team!
We worked with Katie Timbrook to purchase our first home. Katie was amazing, she was ALWAYS available to answer my million questions. She really listened to what we were looking for, and didn't push us at all! Although I don't envision needing a realtor in the near future, I would definitely use Katie again!
