A larger house and property became available in my neighborhood and I contacted (through Zillow), Gail Shoeneberg. She was immediately responsive with my query to tour the property and made all the arrangements to meet with the selling agent. Gail was the most professional, sincenre and amazingly helpful Realtor that I have ever dealt with. As I work in the financial world, I know how hard it can be to find a Realtor who you can trust and truly take your wants and needs into consideration. As a broker myself from California, I found Gail to be a true professional. Our recent purchase ( which took about 1 year to close ) would have tried the patience of any Real Estate agent. However Gail kept us informed and on track all along the way. She also assisted us in lining up the necessary contractors to prepare the property prior to our move. Gail is a great agent and works extremely hard to please and seal the deal. We bought our house sight unseen from Gail and a little help from our friends and we couldn't be happier. She went above and beyond to close this deal and we appreciated all her hard work. We referred her to my sister who also bought a home and Gail jumped through hoops to close that deal. 5 Stars across the board. Gail was on top of the process from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable on what was available for what we were looking for in a home. When it came time to finance the mortgage, Gail went above and beyond her responsibilities when the bank dropped the ball by coordinating the title company and bank to getting the paperwork done so the loan could close on time. She comes highly recommended from two very happy homeowners.

Gail works very hard to find just the right piece of property. We looked at DOZENS of properties before we found one that met my needs and price. She was very patient with me.
