As a broker myself from California, I found Gail to be a true professional. Our recent purchase ( which took about 1 year to close ) would have tried the patience of any Real Estate agent. However Gail kept us informed and on track all along the way. She also assisted us in lining up the necessary contractors to prepare the property prior to our move. We have recommended Gail to many of our fiends that have expressed an interest in purchasing in the area and will continue to do so.

Gail is a great agent and works extremely hard to please and seal the deal. We bought our house sight unseen from Gail and a little help from our friends and we couldn't be happier. She went above and beyond to close this deal and we appreciated all her hard work. We referred her to my sister who also bought a home and Gail jumped through hoops to close that deal. 5 Stars across the board. Gail was on top of the process from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable on what was available for what we were looking for in a home. When it came time to finance the mortgage, Gail went above and beyond her responsibilities when the bank dropped the ball by coordinating the title company and bank to getting the paperwork done so the loan could close on time. She comes highly recommended from two very happy homeowners.

Gail works very hard to find just the right piece of property. We looked at DOZENS of properties before we found one that met my needs and price. She was very patient with me. I have referred Gail to friends resulting in two sales. She is knowledgeable, very responsive and just a really nice person to work with.

Gail Helped us in the purchase of our current home. She is a exceptional agent. She made the process easy and when we needed her to act quickly she was right on it.
