Gail pays attention to every detail and goes out of her way to get the job done. Being an out-of-town seller, she went above and beyond to make sure contractors were completing necessary repairs as well as recommended good people to get the jobs done. I was confident during the entire process that the sale would go through when expected and I was not disappointed. She is lovely to work with and I feel like I've made a new friend. She is the utmost professional and also has a very fun and vivacious personality!

Wouldn't you know it we decided to sell our home in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. We reached out to the same real estate agent who helped us buy the home 7 years prior, Gail Schoeneberg. Gail was the perfect agent. She was fun personable and fun but most of all very professional. Her knowledge of the area was out standing. She kept me up-to-date with any activity regarding the sale of my house along with any little bit of info that might help sell faster. She let me call my price, if she thought it was too high or low she explained why but still let me call the sale price. I was selling at a bad time and I knew this up front, Gail was very supportive of my decisions. I would use Gail in a heartbeat again.
