Gail is a fabulous Realtor! She is wonderfully professional, extremely pleasant and friendly and always listens to what her clients are interested and and only wants to find the "right" property! I highly recommend Gail to anyone who is looking for a very qualified, experienced, professional Realtor. I did not score her on "negotiation skills" as we have not gotten to this step yet.

Gail is extremely thorough, responsive and a pleasure to do business with! She never misses a beat, represents you in the best way possible and quickly moves to show you exactly the homes you are looking for. She researches the home of your picking to let you know all needed background to make a decision and is an excellent negotiator. Gail is the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with and we would hire her again in a minute!

We found Gail through Zillow, contacted her, and received an immediate response. We were anxious to sell our unique, rural home, which presented some challenges. Gail moved us through the process expertly and with grace. She promoted our property tirelessly, following up after each and every showing. Once we had a buyer, we hit a few snags along the way, which Gail handled with the utmost professionalism. If you are buying or selling a house, I doubt you could find a more engaged advocate than Gail Schoeneberg.

When we bought our first home in Medford 3 1/2 years ago,Gail was the listing agent on the home we purchased.
