Definitely as good as it gets. Both food and service was as good as several of the five star restaurants we have been. I have told several of my friends.
I'm so glad Relish has reopened its doors. Not only is it a wonderful learning experience for the culinary students, it's also the best lunch in Charleston.
The food at the Relish Restaurant, Culinary Institute of Charleston, a state of the art Culinary School at Trident Technical College is prepared by the students. The wait staff are also students in the program, taking their course in dining. The Relish Restaurant has live video of each kitchen so that you can see the students preparing the food. My son is currently enrolled in the program and taking the Bistro course, I dined in order to see him in action.
