He was excellent!
After 4 service calls withh another company, my problem persisted. Dennis solved it in under 30 minutes. He called first thing, follwed up when he said he would and came when he said he would. I find this revolutionary in the world of home repair services! Reliant(Dennis) is the best and I would heartily reccommend him.
I called home advisor at 9 pm and they put me through to the plumber. I left a message and they called me back 10 mins later saying they will be there in the morning. Well they called early and asked if it was ok to stop by now. Yay. Miguel was awesome. He showed my housemate how to take off her drain and clean it. Of course my bathroom doesnt have that. 😆😆 They were great and we will be calling them again.
The owner Dennis contacted me promptly after I called. He was able to schedule a time to install our kitchen faucet within the week. Miguel the installer not only showed up at the exact time booked, he had the job finished in 1/2 an hour! The other company I checked into said it may take 2 hours to do the job and they were $20 more per hour. These guys were great! From returning my call for the appoinment to the work itself, all was top notch. I would highly recommend them and will call them again if needed. I haven't received a bill yet so I can't comment on value.
Fast service at a reasonable price.
Excellent response time and excellent service. Dennis and Miguel were very nice, explained things as they went along, thoughtful to take off their shoes for the carpeted areas and they even gave my dog Mekka treats! Dennis explained what work needed to be done and how it would be completed. I was very comfortable that he knew what he was talking about and had the experience to back it up.
