Thank you Reliant. In home health care was new to our family. We didn’t know there was this type of help and support for our family. My Grandma needed care while we worked. Carrie talked to us and told us how they can help my grandma while we worked. She was kind and very helpful. Reuben is the one who lets us know who’s coming over. This is a horrible home “care” service provider. Very unreliable, never on time, the care provider calls off and they don’t send a replacement care provider. We put in an order for the wound supplies the care giver told us to request but since Reliant has to approve them they haven’t even shipped. One week later and Sheild told us that Cynthia from Reliant informed Sheild my mom isn’t even under their care!
