Stay far, far away! This company is not professional at all, and have no desire to actually deal with tenants. Their website for payments took money from the wrong account, cost me overdraft fees and late fees, and I've been contacting them via system messages and six weeks later no one has contacted me directly to resolve the issue. 0 stars. Me and my girlfriend have been trying to find a rental through them mostly because they monopolize houses in the area and do not get a choice. I was literally ignored by agents as they took multiple payments of other peoples application fee before not contacting us for days. The agents are moody and do not really care for wearing masks around others while doing showings. I called the company asking why their agents are so sofgy and terrible. It is fairly common to receive multiple applications on the same property as the rental market moves very quickly, and we respond to applications that we receive within ~2 business days from the date they are submitted, most of the times much sooner.
