BT. everyone who reads the reviews must take notice. Never get service from his family. Their home service is abysmal. They are ****, not even close to ****. Taking money from the owners and not doing much. Slow to respond to messages .Also block owners. They have colored eyes and are racist. Stay away from this management company. Normal other people's home is 3%~5%, but their charge owners monthly 10% management fee. There are a lot of non-transparent things that they didn't tell me. They are parasites. For potential renters. Reliance is anything but reliable. They do not call you when you inquire about a rental and their emails send you in circles. And at one time we had a showing set up and the code to get into the property did not work. We called to let the agent know… no answer and never heard from them.

-A is what their graded at ????? ?? you mean -F ?? My experience has been horrible & still is ?? Getting approved was fast & easy, however, I didn’t have any problems at 1st until 8 months later, when using the on line portal, I had changed my bank card & forgot to update it on the portal, so I go to pay rent & of course it don’t go threw, I finally noticed it 7days later, & quickly corrected it?? Reliance policy is rent is due by the 1st or you will get a $50 late fee also $5 every day after, well Reliance kept charging me ... read more

Hi April, we did recently receive a rental reference reference related to your tenancy. We completed it accurately based on all of our records including the days we received rent along and which were on time and which were not. Our leases do have rent due on the 1st and late fees apply on the 2nd as you mentioned, and we make this clear up front as it is called out specifically in the lease agreement. Basically stole $105 from me I put in two application fees with a cosigner as well never even received any regard into renting the property absolutely was ignored. These people are thieves.

I have had to put in so many maintenance requests one which is a roof leaking so bad that is causing very bad structural damage with water leaking behind the walls by the light switch that can cause electrocution or fire. I put this emergency request in 19 days ago and its still not fixed. I told them about the damage before I even moved in over a year ago when I did my walk through and they said they would get someone to look at it and nothing. The property constantly need maintenance the lawns are not maintained well and you have to make several complaints before anything is done including explaining that some of the issues are possibly life threatening and need immediate fixing and are still not immediately repaired even if its causing more damage to the property out of your control. Having issues with them sending late notices to us every month, and we have not been in business with them for several months now. Hoping these late notices are not being associated with our credit!! Had issues with them not fixing issues with the property since day one. They are rude to the customers and I would not recommend them to anyone.
