We completed it accurately based on all of our records including the days we received rent along and which were on time and which were not. Our leases do have rent due on the 1st and late fees apply on the 2nd as you mentioned, and we make this clear up front as it is called out specifically in the lease agreement. Basically stole $105 from me I put in two application fees with a cosigner as well never even received any regard into renting the property absolutely was ignored. These people are thieves.
I have had to put in so many maintenance requests one which is a roof leaking so bad that is causing very bad structural damage with water leaking behind the walls by the light switch that can cause electrocution or fire. I put this emergency request in 19 days ago and its still not fixed. I told them about the damage before I even moved in over a year ago when I did my walk through and they said they would get someone to look at it and nothing. The property constantly need maintenance the lawns are not maintained well and you have to make several complaints before anything is done including explaining that some of the issues are possibly life threatening and need immediate fixing and are still not immediately repaired even if its causing more damage to the property out of your control. Having issues with them sending late notices to us every month, and we have not been in business with them for several months now. Hoping these late notices are not being associated with our credit!! Had issues with them not fixing issues with the property since day one. They are rude to the customers and I would not recommend them to anyone.
They purchased my mother in laws house and promised not to raise rent because she's on social security and has no car. 2 weeks later they raised rent $200 so she could no longer afford living there. She doesn't get paid until the 3rd and they agreed it would be fine and then when she would not pay on the 1st they would contact her saying she needed to pay. Where to begin on why they should be shut down and cease operation. No regard for tenant landlord laws, no respect for tenants, fraudulent fees everywhere possible, double charged rent, and insulting residents for being on assistance while disabled. This company has blatantly stolen application fees with no intentions of reviewing them or contacting us regarding the status of our applications. Every attempt to communicate with this company has been made but ignoring calls, texts, and E-mails seems to be a standard practice umung their employees. My family and I have not be able to speak to a single individual concerning our applications or loss of monetary value. This company has no interest establishing good customer relations and is incredibly unprofessional.
If I could give a negative star review I would in a heartbeat. Anyone thinking of renting from them DO NOT. We rented from them from 2019 until 2022. The first few years we didnt really have any issues. Then over time maintenance request would be like pulling teeth! We went on to purchase a home, and went month to month.
